Kyboa keeps billing and screening allowances separate so invoices stay clean and screening usage remains easy to understand.
Billing renews on your start date
Monthly, quarterly and annual subscriptions renew on your billing anniversary date, based on when your plan starts.
Allowances reset on the 1st
Your screening allowance resets on the 1st day of each month, regardless of whether you pay monthly, quarterly or annually.
Full first-month allowance
If you start part way through a month, you still receive the full monthly screening allowance immediately.
Upgrade when you need more
You can upgrade immediately for more capacity, or schedule changes from your next billing date. Downgrades take effect from the next billing date.
Which plan should I choose?
Choose the plan that best matches your expected monthly screening volume and how actively your team handles onboarding, review and monitoring.
Choose Starter if
You need a structured AML, KYC or KYB screening process but your monthly volume is modest. Starter is suitable for smaller teams, early-stage compliance workflows or occasional screening with proper reports and audit records.
Choose Professional if
You screen customers or counterparties regularly and want more room for onboarding, periodic review and monitoring. Professional is likely the best fit for teams with regular compliance activity.
Choose Growth if
You have higher screening volumes, multiple teams, multiple jurisdictions or a larger monitored entity base. Growth is suitable for frequent onboarding, recurring monitoring and broader compliance operations.

If you reach your monthly allowance please contact us to discuss a plan upgrade, or wait for the quota to reset on the 1st of the month.

No. All plans include the same core screening, monitoring, reporting and audit trail functionality. The only difference is the monthly screening allowance.
Can more than one user use the same account allowance? Show answer Hide answer
Yes. All plans allow unlimited authorised users from the same organisation, with no per-seat fees. Screening allowances are shared at account level, and accounts may not be shared across unrelated organisations or used for resale or pass-through screening without written agreement.

Do company and individual screenings both count the same way? Show answer Hide answer
Yes. One individual screening counts as one screening report, and one company screening counts as one screening report. Premium registry-enhanced company lookups may also use premium registry credits where requested and supported.
