Yes. You can upgrade immediately or schedule an upgrade from your next billing date. If you upgrade immediately, you pay the full new plan amount, your billing cycle resets from the upgrade date, and you receive the full monthly screening allowance for the new plan immediately. Downgrades take effect from the next billing date.

Yes. All plans allow unlimited authorised users from the same organisation, with no per-seat fees. Screening allowances are shared at account level, and accounts may not be shared across unrelated organisations or used for resale or pass-through screening without written agreement.

Yes. One individual screening counts as one screening report, and one company screening counts as one screening report. Premium registry-enhanced company lookups may also use premium registry credits where requested and supported.

No. All plans include the same core screening, monitoring, reporting and audit trail functionality. The only difference is the monthly screening allowance.

No. Premium Registry Credits are only relevant for selected company information lookups in supported jurisdictions. They are not required for individual KYC screening, sanctions screening, PEP checks, adverse media checks or web checks.

No. Monthly screening allowances reset on the 1st day of each month. This applies to all monthly, quarterly and annual customers; quarterly and annual plans do not create pooled multi-month allowances. Premium registry credits are separate and do not expire.

Entity monitoring workflows are included in the platform. When monitoring creates a new screening, that screening uses your monthly screening allowance.

Premium registry credits are priced at USD 7.50, SGD 10, MYR 30 or THB 250 per credit. Credits are available in packs with a minimum of 20 credits, and standard pack sizes are 20, 50 and 100 credits. There is no volume discount, and credits do not expire.

You pay the agreed plan amount when billing starts and receive the full monthly screening allowance immediately. Your allowance then resets again on the 1st day of the next month, which gives new customers the benefit of a full allowance even when joining part-way through a month.
