Our new Kyboa user documentation portal is now available at docs.kyboa.com.
The portal provides practical step-by-step guides for Kyboa’s main workflows, with numbered instructions, screenshots, worked examples and silent captioned walkthrough videos to help users complete each process from start to finish.
It is designed both for new users learning the platform and existing teams that need a quick reference for a particular function.
Screening guides
- Screen an Individual and View the Report – create an individual screening, follow its progress, review the results and download the completed report.
- Screen a Company by Name and View the Report – use Screening Only to run a company-name check without retrieving registry information.
- Screen a Company Using Registry Data and View the Report – search a supported company registry, select the correct company and include available registry information in the screening.
Entity and ongoing CDD guides
- Create an Individual Entity Manually and Set Monitoring – create a maintained individual record and configure ongoing monitoring.
- Create a Company Entity Manually and Set Monitoring – create and maintain a company Entity from information you already hold.
- Create a Company Entity from Registry Data and Set Monitoring – populate a maintained company Entity from a supported registry and set its monitoring frequency.
- Use Entity Functions – run new screenings, update maintained information, review screening and version history, use review functions and export Entity details.
Bulk screening and record management
- Create Company Screenings in Bulk – create multiple ordinary company screenings from a list of names.
- Create Individual Screenings in Bulk – submit multiple individual screenings without creating each one separately.
- Browse Entities and Past Screenings – use Kyboa’s registers and Entity history to find previous screening and CDD work.
Export guides
- Export Screenings as CSV and PDF – export completed screening registers by screening type, date range or selected Entity.
- Export Entities as CSV and PDF – create Entity summaries for audit, compliance and management records.

The API guide covers API user and token setup, authentication, available v1 endpoints, screening and Entity integration workflows, errors and rate limits. A ready-to-import Postman collection is also available to download from the guide.
Follow the workflow visually
The operational guides are intended to be more than feature descriptions. Each takes the user through a real Kyboa workflow with numbered actions and screenshots of the relevant screens.
They also include silent, captioned walkthrough videos so users can see the complete process in the application before following the same steps themselves. Processing waits are shortened where appropriate, while the written guides explain what users should expect while Kyboa completes the underlying checks.
The guides also include completion checks and practical notes for situations where a workflow may differ from the worked example.

The documentation portal gives teams a single place to learn Kyboa, train new users and return to specific workflows when needed.
We will continue expanding the library as new Kyboa functionality is introduced and existing workflows develop.
